1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through المحبة, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error.
  • Order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp after we receive and review your order.
  • Prices listed are in EGP and include all applicable costs unless stated otherwise.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in EGP. Prices may change without prior notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your order.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready or be prepared to receive change.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and demand.
  • Delivery fees, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you submit your order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, etc.).
  • You must be reachable by phone at the time of delivery.

6. Fresh & Perishable Products

As a grocery store, many of our products are fresh and perishable. We take care to ensure quality, but you are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery. Please see our Return Policy for details on damaged or incorrect items.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp to request cancellation. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

المحبة shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or products beyond the value of the order in question.
