Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with every order from المحبة. If something isn't right, we will do our best to make it right.
Eligible for Return / Replacement
- Wrong item delivered — we delivered a different product than what you ordered.
- Damaged on delivery — item arrived broken, crushed, or leaking.
- Expired product — item is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
- Significantly poor quality — fresh produce that is visibly spoiled or unfit for use.
Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or used.
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Items where the issue is not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Fresh produce with minor natural variations in appearance (size, color, shape).
How to Request a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp at our contact number within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Send a photo showing the issue (damaged, wrong, or expired product).
- We will review and respond within a few hours.
- If approved, you must come to the store in person to return the item and collect your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid in cash only. The customer must come to the store in person to return the item and collect the refund. We do not process digital or card refunds as all orders are Cash on Delivery.
